ACORB's mission is to provide ample opportunities to invest. If there are restrictions they will be mentioned in the project description in the members area.
Do I have to be an accredited investor?
No, there are projects for accredited and non accredited investors.
Do I have to live in the United States?
No, the investments are available worldwide.
Are the investments risk free?
There is no investment that is risk free. Usually Real Estate investments are considered safer than investments in startups, private equity or stock. ACORB partners have a solid and successful Real Estate trajectory.
What are the expected returns?
Each investment has a timeline and an expected return. You may see that in the members area.
